Our RSPS server rules are the basic rules. There are basically no glitching cheating  advertising or hacking of any sort. The rules of pking are basically the same aswell, no weapon glitching or the invisble glitches (for admins). Kiting is allowed, and the 1 iteming is not. In order to do something like it u must have 4 items worn. If any of these are violated a warning is called. If continued the person will be jailed and released later on by a staff member. A ban is only used in an act of repetitive hacking and/or glitching. An IP ban is used in an intense moment of hacking. Such as hacking accounts or messing with coding. Muted are used if a person is using fowl language towards players or staff members. A person is offered a warning and then is muted. If continued you will be IP muted. In which case u have a relative or neighbor who is sharing your computer. In a case of a neighbor i suggest getting a password for ur network. In a case of a relative message my forum account or post in forums. Matthew, Jason, and I would not like to be spoken to directly because we could be doing something such as coding or dealing with another player.
