FAQ's
For action to be taken, please make sure you have proof to back up your report. The staff team cannot take action on such reports that do not include some sort of proof. Make sure to have nice, simple and clear proof of the scam, lure or glitch.
Video and/or picture proof is considered the best acceptable source(s) of proof when reporting a player or a bug. Note that word of mouth is not considered as proof, excluding recorded skype calls and select castle wars reports.
FAQ:
Q: I reported someone that scammed me. How does it get handled?
A: When there is sufficient, clear proof of the scam, the staff team typically tries to get back their scammed items first. If the scammer refuses to give back their item(s), the scammer will have their account disabled.
Q: Will I be able to get my items back if the scammer got banned?
A: If the scammer was banned with your items, then sadly they will not be returned to you. Trade off is the items, opportunity cost is the banishment of an offender.
Q: I reported someone that was glitching. How will the report be handled?
A: When a staff member views your report, they will see if the person in-game is online. If they glitched via Castle Wars, they will be unjailed from the game (Jail/Unjail from a Mod, Admin, or Hidden Admin; Kicked from a Super Admin+) and warned. If they continuoulsy exploit the bug, then their account will be disabled.
Q: What if I saw the person scam/explot a bug but I don't have proof?
A: Typically nothing will be done. Sorry. However, there is an exception for reporting bugs. In Castle Wars, if the score is 8-0, for example, then it's pretty obvious there is a glitcher. This is the only exception where word of mouth is allowed as a report method!
